What’s so special about a “Redemptive Leader?” A regular leader asks, “How are you doing?”…..a Redemptive leader asks, “How is your soul?" A regular leader asks, “How is the battle going?”…..a Redemptive Leader asks, “How are you surviving in the battle?" A Redemptive Leader asks the kinds of questions that allow access to the deeper questions in life….not just “doing” questions, but also “being” questions. Such questions offer the leader the opportunity to have a redemptive impact on the people being led.

The year is quickly moving forward. The time is ripe for prayer. We appreciate all of you who support RLI's ministry through financial means and through prayer support. There are some exciting opportunities coming up, they include a trip to Puerto Rico, new opportunities possibly in Chile, continued training and ministry in Russia and continued counseling and ministry to pastors and leaders in our community.

Please be praying for discernment from the Lord as to timing and direction on all these and to be aware of what the Lord is doing around us.
